Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop concept, detailed design for machine components (sheet metal and casting) automotive components from the beginning to the end according using UG NX and Teamcenter.

1. Involving in Project reviews to understand project progress. Sharing ideas to improve work quality.

2. Review analysis reports & identify design changes to achieve design optimization.

3. Participating in discussions to decide the manufacturing processes for parts

4. Communicate with the supplier and coordinate the design activity within the team.

5. Ensure the quality of the Design, drawings & speed of delivery.

6. Conceptualize & detailed design of the systems meeting cost weight & functional targets.

7. Verification of the detail designs for prototype building.

8. Recording& maintaining design, quality, standards & targets.

9. Participate regular design reviews and escalate issues requiring help to management.

10. Project coordination with various teams.Roles and Responsibilities



Desired Candidate Profile :


Design and development of Chassis Design in align with development system and packaging.

  • Software skill UG NX ,Catia V5 and TEAMCENTER.
  • Drawing approvals & release stages in PLM Environment.
  • Control plan, DFMEA, DVPSOR, PPAP, why why analysis and Benchmarking.
  • GD&T and Tolerance Stack-up analysis.
  • Sheet metal and casting component design.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in handling multiple projects simultaneously
