Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design & Product Development position located in Panipat. The Design & Product Development role involves conceptualizing, designing, and developing new products or product ranges, as well as improving existing products. The candidate will be responsible for creating product concepts, developing product designs, and managing projects from ideation to launch, working across multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in product design and development
  • Excellent skills in creating 2D and 3D designs using design software like SketchUp, Rhino, etc.
  • Great understanding of design fundamentals, materials, and manufacturing techniques
  • Good project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the textiles industry and/or home furnishing industry is a plus
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work and design process
