Job Role - HR Executive

NOTE - CANDIDATE STAYING BETWEEN BORIVALI TO VIRAR ONLY NEED APPLY

Job Summary: The HR Eexcutive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. They will also be responsible for handling HR-related tasks, such as onboarding, training, and employee relations. The Specialist will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations
  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communication
  • Coordinate and conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees
  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment
  • Manage HR-related projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
