Deliver Induction and front ending for onboarding
Data Management & Analytics
Employee - HR Connects
Organising and coordinating introduction meetings for senior joiners
Ownership for submitting Dashboards - quarterly & annual
Managing the stock of Welcome Kits
Handholding the new hire for 60 days (providing them with handbook and other required documents)
Implement a dipstick mechanism to keep a check on the settlement process of the new joiners
