Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Hubli. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications
  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or human resources
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Additional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
