Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Executive located in Baramati. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and general human resources tasks. The role will involve handling all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining HR policies
  • Proficiency in all aspects of human resources
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • A degree in human resources or related field
  • Experience in the same industry is a plus
