Responsible to support sales team and R&D; team for customers feedback and complaints.

Must have full knowledge of room AC, its construction and defect / fault analysis and repair with corrective action.

Must have knack to support the customers in need and spares parts management and stocking.

Education and Abilities:

B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical

Must have experience in handling AC Service and Quality team, spare parts management and customer support.
