Job Description

The candidate should have following skills –

Advance Level of Jira/Confluence administration
Advance level of Excel knowledge
Sharp analytical skill – Knowledge of any tools like Minitab will be an advantage
Excellent Learnability
Understands data analysis concepts like descriptive and predictive analysis will be a bonus
Understanding of IT projects, lifecycles, challenges, and risks
Knowledge of Agile will be good
Good communication & Interpersonal skill – Email, presentations etc.
Relationship Building and Problem solving
Ability to work as individual contributor – requiring little supervision

Responsibilities include –

JIRA/Confluence administration
Creating/updating workflows, custom fields, tags, for different issue types in JIRA
Creating various dashboards using different gadgets available
Regular assessment of the Timesheet data to see if they are on track
Monthly Review Dashboard for key stakeholders
Applying automation in JIRA
Creating complex pages in confluence
Preparing multiple reports in excel and JIRA
Analysing the data
Coordinating/follow-up with different stakeholders
Can participate in Project review calls, summarize, and update stakeholders
Usage of Microsoft tools (like Word, Excel, PPT, Visio), SharePoint, and Tempo.
