Job Description

  • A) Growth of Healthcare and Religious Business Portfolio Product Manager will be responsible for Growth of existing and NTB business.
  • To identify and scope the untapped opportunities and drive acquisition of new relations PAN India in the Healthcare ecosystem like Hospitals, Healthcare trust, Healthcare societies, diagnostic centers etc.
  • Similarly, for Religious Institutions like Temples, Mosques, Ashrams, Gurudwaras etc.
  • to achieve the assigned NAV & CIB targets Tracking of CASA Balance sheet on regular basis and reporting to management in reviews and monthly newsletters Market Research, Competition analysis, existing data analysis for continuous improvement in product and portfolio growth.
  • B) Identification of Partners To identify potential partners internally and externally actively for growth of Healthcare and religious business that could help in creating the ecosystem where the bank provides complete banking solutions to achieve its objectives Responsible to work in close coordination with all stake holders / cross functional depts.
  • such as Payments, WBO, RBB, Trade team, General Insurance, Group Medical Policy for staff, CV loans, WCs, etc.
  • for developing new products and solutions.
  • C) Engage with Channel to drive myApp and CMS Solutions Regular engagement with GIB & Solutions sales channel to penetrate solutions Basis segment requirement conceptualize & provide customized products Healthcare Institutes: Healthcare Institutes can be private or government and there is opportunity of offline and online collections.
  • Religious Institutions: Most of the temples are formed under a Trust and there is an opportunity to offer on-line and off-line collection services meeting their requirements for ease of collection of donations and for other social welfare activities such as Education, Healthcare, Hospitality etc.
  • Identification of potential customers by doing analysis on existing portfolio to convert them from manual transactions to digital transactions.
  • D) One-point contact for various channel requirements Act as an efficient conduct between GIB and all other departments for channel requirements like marketing, compliance, legal, various other product teams, etc.
  • Understanding channel requirements and competition practices, considering risk parameters, and recommending changes in existing processes to ensure minimum opportunity loss for the business.
  • To develop and promote bank brand in Healthcare and Religious segment by carrying various marketing initiatives.
  • Spearhead the projects and Impart / arrange the product trainings to the RBB/ GIB team on new products / solutions in Healthcare segment.
  • E) To Identify Cross sell opportunities In healthcare and religious entities, we have lot of cross sell opportunities like TFX from donations in FCRA accounts, Insurance, salary accounts, investments etc.
  • Product Manager to drive all such cross sell opportunities through channel to generate maximum profits for the bank.
