The Role: As anExpansion Manager(Retail Executive), you will:

  • Create business strategies, and attract and onboard Saathi partner stores.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for expansion.
  • Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
  • Conducting market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness
  • Identify and assess potential new markets and customers

Qualifications we look for:

  • Ungrad n in BSc agriculture is mandatory
  • Should have 2 to 4 years of Sales experience in the Agriculture industry.
  • Should have managed a distributed sales team before
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have complete knowledge of the local areas of the District
  • Should be comfortable with traveling four to five days a week
