Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Burdwan. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to increase market share and profitability. The specialist will conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to the management team. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and customer service, to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on consumer goods and/or food industry
  • Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting principles and methods
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with minimum supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
