Company Description
Monk and Mountains Holiday is a sole proprietorship tourism company located in Gangtok, Sikkim. The company has been in business since 2018 and is registered under Sikkim Tourism. The company offers complete packages tailored to the client’s requirements, including hotels, flight tickets, guided services, local vehicles for tours, and adventurous activities like trekking and paragliding. The company’s mission is to provide tourists with a complete and economical package and encourage more people to visit Sikkim & Darjeeling.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for establishing new client relationships, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competition and recommending new services to clients to improve satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Familiarity with Sikkim & Darjeeling tourism industry
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluency in English and local language(s) spoken by target market
  • Willingness to travel to attend industry events, meetings, etc.
