Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager located in Burdwan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals, developing and implementing companywide sales plans, contributing to the development of marketing strategies, addressing customer concerns and queries, and staying up-to-date with changes in market trends, competition, and industry regulations.

  • Proven track record of success in sales management and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing techniques, principles, and practices
