Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Machine Operator located in Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The Senior Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring machines are set up properly, running smoothly, and producing quality parts. The Senior Machine Operator will also troubleshoot any issues with the machines, perform routine maintenance, and train new operators.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ years of experience as a Machine Operator
  • Demonstrated knowledge of operating machines, including but not limited to, press brakes, laser machines, welding machines, and bending machines
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to train others effectively
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
