Experience - 12-20 Years

Qualification - B.Tech- Chemical

Job description:

To ensure weekly/monthly production schedules as per plans. Monitor shift-wise production and provide feedback to plan in-charge on daily basis.
To ensure smooth running of the plant, Co-ordinate effectively with maintenance department for any break down, utility services etc.
To co-ordinate with Q.C, Stores, R&D and planning department for production related jobs.
To ensure proper control & supervision of Safety and cGMP work culture in the plant.
To ensure optimum uses of resources and report to R1 about the area requiring improvement.
To To prepare daily log book in terms of manpower shortage, incidents etc.
To identify areas of cost reduction.
To carry out all operations as per the SOPs.
To provide training to all the employees.
To make sure calibration of necessary equipment is done.
To ensure review of batch production and control record for completion.
Should be able to manage the team in efficient manner.
