Job Description

  • CMS Business Acquisition (Physical CMS, Digital CMS - eCMS, ACH Debit & UPI)& Host to Host Integration Understanding the market offering of other banks/ requirement of customers and appraise to CMS & ENet Product Head / Regional Head - Wholesale Banking Operation for designing and structuring customized solution and digital product offering.
  • Ensure to scope each and every customer in the region with respect to wallet size, CMS business potential for increasing our share.
  • Work with business segments to drive and achieve planned numbers through Joint calls with Business RM / Individual calls.
  • Understanding client requirement and presentation to senior management of the client viz.
  • , Treasury Head/ Banking Head/ Operation Head etc.
  • on CMS product capabilities.
  • Negotiate jointly with business Unit Head /RM for proposal and incase of executing unique offering to the corporate, consult the same with CMS Product Head / Regional Head - Wholesale Banking Operation for securing the mandate.
  • Analyze and execute new / existing requirement raised by customers - change/ unique MIS requirement, Host to Host integration etc.
  • Ensure to track the progress for each customers / solution managers and update to CMS Product Head/ Regional Head - Wholesale Banking Operation and to Business.

  • Dividend Business acquisition Ensure each and every customer is approached by solution managers for routing dividend through HDFC Bank.
  • Dividend related information is obtained by solution manager from client and profitability working is done for each and every deal.
  • Meeting with senior officials of the customers viz.
  • , Company Secretary / Treasury Head etc.
  • jointly with RM / Individual for securing the mandate.
  • Liaise with Business Head / CMS Product Head / Treasury Head for FX rates, interest rate for approval on proposal offering to customer.
  • Ensure that all deals secured are implemented seamlessly.
  • Ensure to maintain the market leadership in the region.
  • Ensure that proposed commercials are settled with company on agreed timelines.
  • Execution of Corporate Objectives Ensure that corporate objectives set by the senior Management and as directed and guided by CMS Product Head / Regional Head - Wholesale Banking Operation are executed and results are demonstrated by all in the unit.
  • Key Objective - Migration / Cost to Income To ensure that agreed actionable are carried out as per planned done by individual business group.
  • Track the progress made against each agreed customer actionable and report to all concerned stakeholders.
  • Client Servicing Regular client visits to ensure that all requirements are met and deliver as per agreed TAT Synergies with WBO Operation and BPRG Synergies with various stakeholders viz.
  • , WBO operation, BTG for integrated collection/ payment solution to customer.
  • Co-ordination with Central Product team / Fincon Work with central product team / BTG / fincon on various MIS updates as required related to CMS & payment business to monitor and review growth of the business.
  • Project Management Skills Ensure that specific projects given for execution by CMS & ENet Product Head are driven to completion for the region within a time bound manner.
  • Human Resources Management.
  • Staff training to ensure proper understanding of the product, pricing and arrangement and ensure proper structuring as per customer requirement.
  • The objective is also to ensure that the staff is updated with all the latest product enhancement and process.
  • Also ensure appropriate backups for each activity.


Skills

  • Understanding of working capital cycle / accounts receivables / Digital Product and payables accounting will be an added advantage.
  • In depth Knowledge on CMS Products. Strong understanding of customer requirement and expectation and capabilities of co-coordinating with various internal /external teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical Ability, Leadership Skill, Communication Skill, Team Building and Strong CMS & Digital Product knowledge and Customer Relationship.
