Role Description

• Should create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

• Set clear team goals and expectations.

• Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the team.

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the floor.

• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.

• Motivate team members.

• Discover training needs and provide coaching.

• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.

• Encourage creativity and risk-taking attitude of team members.

• Suggest and organize team building activities.

• Need to monitor calls and give feedback to the agents.

• Taking escalations call and handling the clients, should be able to respond to queries on TAT and document it same for further use.

• Manage Productivity of each Team member.

• Should be able to communicate week off rosters, manage absenteeism, manage attrition, daily Logins, check on break timings, check and communicate every day productivity of each agent.

Competencies Required

● Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

● In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

● Good PC skills, MS Excel & MS PPT (especially Vlook up, Concatenate, If else statement)

● Excellent communication and leadership skills

● Organizational and time-management skills
