Job Description

  • Preparation and review of mass and energy balance, capacity sheet Calculation and summarizing the requirements and new facility mapping.
  • Execution and monitoring of new product scale-up batches at various blocks and sites.
  • Preparation of PHA and PSI document with support of cross-functional team.
  • Discussion with safety w.r.t HAZOP by identifying the safety critical areas and precautions.
  • Preparation and review of necessary documents like PFD/BFD, Scale-up report, validation protocol/ report, TTD etc.
  • Accumulate technical information obtained from repeated production for the optimization of process, to improve the quality and yield based on the requirement and for investigation/ OOS in the batch.
  • Transfer of products from laboratory scale to plant and commercial products from various sites.
  • Preparation of Process Technology document for the said product at commercial level
  • To do any other job assigned to you which your capable of doing or work at any other post which is temporary assigned to you.
