Company Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rohtak for a TeleCaller who will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and introducing them to OceanPe’s mobile payment services. The role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills to ensure a high level of customer success, and to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Experience in sales or telecalling is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred, but not essential
