  • Maximize sales and profitability of the area

  • Ensure effective Inventory Stock
  • Review store stock and sales reports monitoring over and under stocks.
  • Plan implementing with Managers
  • Controlling stock aging and cost limits for Store level and warehouse level
  • Provision of monthly feedback on sales, stock positions and product feedback
  • Personally review store warehouse stock keeping process
  • Coordinate with warehouse manager for stock order, stock consolidation, Movement and transfer, stock returns)
  • Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and ,end of ranges and implement necessary action
Business Management Process Development
  • Mainly focus on ABP and PL on store level
  • Controlling store expansions
  • Focus in Gross margin and always try to no markdowns
  • Focus on conversion and ticket size.
  • Incentive plan for staff to increase the business.
  • Promote the customer loyalty program
  • Ensure full compliance to process and system.
  • Ensure the standard operating policy (SOP)
  • Control the store shrinkage and set the training program for all staff how to control it.
  • Review LSR(Lost sale register) due to stock unavailability
People Management
  • Control the manpower as per budget
  • Mainly focus on employee satisfaction
  • Conduct staff welfare activities
  • Manage and support in team recruitment
  • Ensure that all new recruits understand their job and inducted well within the company
  • Ensure any grievance handling and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure skill development of showroom staffs through Learning Development
  • Monitor and appraise the performance of retail staffs in coordination with
Respective manager and developing individual
  • Set KRA’s for direct reports and conduct performance appraisal
  • Staff career plans also
Visual Merchandising
  • Standards of merchandise display.
  • Innovative and creative display of merchandise based on color, size, new arrivals
  • Theme and story and the on-going Initiative
  • Clear expression of special campaigns, discounts, new arrivals
  • Offers, Product Initiative and themes through
  • Visual Merchandising and store hygiene also.
  • Focus on new arrivals and give the prominent location
