Job Responsibilities- Bank Transaction i.e, Cash Deposit/Withdrawl/RTGS etc.
- Day to day Voucher Transactions in IDS Software
- Billing Follow up of Payments.
- Assist in Misc Reports (Daily Revenue Report Outstanding Report)
- Posting Daily Voucher i.e Payment/Receipt/Journal Entries etc.
- Maintain Manual Day Book
- Cash Management
- Payment Vouchers
- Vendor Bills Preparation Payments
- Balance sheet
- Money Count
- Banking
- Maximize sales and profitability of the area
- Maximize productivity targets ( sales per sq ft., Focus on Conversion etc)
- Control costs within budgetary guidelines
- Ensure effective Stock and Space Management
- Provide monthly feedback on competitor and event activities
- Ensure timely improvements based on benchmark practice
- To give the daily target for fast moving product.(Hero lines)
- Focus on attachment sale and store usherer
- Daily sale analysis, store wise and qty wise and update to all Managers
- Managers briefing for Daily target v/s Achievements.
- Review all check lists and registers
- Focus on KYBC customers
- Maintaining Daily/WTD/MTD/YTD (ABP) report.
- Formulate and implement retail strategies and
- Ensure effective Inventory Stock
- Review store stock and sales reports monitoring over and under stocks.
- Plan implementing with Managers
- Controlling stock aging and cost limits for Store level and warehouse level
- Provision of monthly feedback on sales, stock positions and product feedback
- Personally review store warehouse stock keeping process
- Coordinate with warehouse manager for stock order, stock consolidation, Movement and transfer, stock returns)
- Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and ,end of ranges and implement necessary action
- Mainly focus on ABP and PL on store level
- Controlling store expansions
- Focus in Gross margin and always try to no markdowns
- Focus on conversion and ticket size.
- Incentive plan for staff to increase the business.
- Promote the customer loyalty program
- Ensure full compliance to process and system.
- Ensure the standard operating policy (SOP)
- Control the store shrinkage and set the training program for all staff how to control it.
- Review LSR(Lost sale register) due to stock unavailability
- Control the manpower as per budget
- Mainly focus on employee satisfaction
- Conduct staff welfare activities
- Manage and support in team recruitment
- Ensure that all new recruits understand their job and inducted well within the company
- Ensure any grievance handling and disciplinary actions
- Ensure skill development of showroom staffs through Learning Development
- Monitor and appraise the performance of retail staffs in coordination with
- Set KRA’s for direct reports and conduct performance appraisal
- Staff career plans also
- Standards of merchandise display.
- Innovative and creative display of merchandise based on color, size, new arrivals
- Theme and story and the on-going Initiative
- Clear expression of special campaigns, discounts, new arrivals
- Offers, Product Initiative and themes through
- Visual Merchandising and store hygiene also.
- Focus on new arrivals and give the prominent location
