仕事内容

We are looking for an ideal candidate proficient in CMM Machine operation, excelling in program development and manual inspections.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Operate the CMM Machine proficiently for accurate measurements.

2. Creating CMM programs for new NPD and ECN parts.

3. Conduct manual inspections to ensure adherence to blueprints.

4 . Revise programs to accommodate changes in the inspection process.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in Product inspection (Visual & Dimensional).

2. Hands of experience on Layout Inspection (Mandatory)

3. To capable of operating Accurate Spectra CMM and able to provide decision.

4. Having skill in Accurate Spectra CMM Programming as per provided drawing

5. Hands-on experience in measuring instruments handling like (Vernier , Micrometer, Height Gauge, Attribute gauges, Air gauges, Surface roughness etc.)

6. Good knowledge of inspection, measurement techniques, GD&T.

7. Depth understanding of Quality standards; inspection reports; Quality Plan.

8. Ability to read Blueprints/Drawings.

9. Good written & verbal communication skills

10. Updating & maintaining inspection report as per the work standards
