Ensure monthly financial close activities are completed on a timely basis.
Financial analysis / reviews to assure integrity and quality of financial information and ensure that Payroll accounting and operations are complied with the Agilent’s Accounting and Finance Manual and SOX Controls.
Lead various enterprise wide and process related improvement projects.
Advise and provide solutions to improve the current systems and process.
Hands on person who can handle work pressures, and lead by example.
Understand priorities and adopt a customer centric approach within the overall team charter.
Coordinating with cross functions and cross-countries.
Facilitate strong relationship with business partners especially HR team, Business Finance team through effective communication and regular interaction.
Enable and provide guidance, direction and support to team members to help them develop themselves and meet their goals.
Build strong relationship with business partners especially HR team, Business Finance team through effective communication and regular interaction.
Should be a good team player.
Semi-Qualified C.A. or Master Degree in Accounting & Finance
3-4 years of experience
Excellent command over accounting principles
Good working knowledge on Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills
