GUIDELINES FOR HOD – BHAVANS COLLEGE OF ARTS AND COMMERCE

1. Candidate should have a Post-Graduation in Commerce and Management studies.

2. Candidate should have Ph.D. in Commerce with Minimum 55% in the relevant subject with a NET pass certificate and other eligibility criteria as per M G University norms.

3. Age between 40-50 years.

4. Candidate should have 15 years of teaching experience.

5. Excellent leadership quality is must.

6. Shall be in–charge of admission cell of the college and shall be look after the growth of the institution.

7. Shall be a good academician as well as administrator.

8. Shall also act as Head of the Department (HOD) of the commerce department in the college.

9. Appointment will be on contract basis on a consolidated pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Ernakulam - 682037, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Senior Administrators: 1 year (Preferred)
