Job Description

Onboarding of Contract Labors:
Scrutiny of all documents and credentials of the Contract Labors.
Contractors/ Contract Labor registration.
Address and resolve labor-related issues and disputes in a timely and amicable manner. Attendance Management
Maintaining Biometric Punching System, generate reports and prepare MIS.
Deployment of Labor in various departments and manage labor shortages Grievance Handling:
Receive and investigate employee grievances and complaints.
Implement appropriate grievance resolution mechanisms and provide recommendations for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of all industrial relations activities.
Prepare and submit required reports to relevant authorities and management. Contractor Billing:
Manage contractors billing process and timely submission to Accounts Dept.
