Position: HR Manager

Location: Near JNTU, Hyderabad

Salary: 30k to 60k Negotiable

Experience: 5 Year Minimum 3 Year as hr Manager

Communication Skills: English, Hindi and Telugu.

Qualification: Degree in HRM, or any equivalent degree

Minimum 2-3Years Experience.

Job Description:

Ø Responsibility of managing all HR related activities within the organization including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Ø Closely working with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Ø Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Ø Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Ø Create job descriptions, post job openings, and manage the applicant tracking system.Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and make job offers.

Ø Maintain employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Ø Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline.

Ø Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system for employee that drives high performance.

Ø Manage the organization’s compensation and benefits programs.

Ø Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Ø Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.

Ø Ensure that all HR-related activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Ø Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
