This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Prime Consulting Inc in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and other human resources tasks.

Qualifications

  • HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
