Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing and Outreach:
  • Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews, to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the organisation’s employer brand.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and provide regular updates on the status of open positions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve the recruitment process.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Generate reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about changes in legislation that may impact the recruitment process.
  • Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Location- Kota, Rajasthan (Candidate has to travel to different sites)

    Experience -Preferred 2 years.
