Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Work on the complete selection cycle from smooth onboarding to exit formalities
  • Draft various JDs according to the organization’s requirements
  • Manage HR admin tasks like employees database and leave updating
  • Work on various hiring platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, AngleList, etc.
  • Coordination with various placement agencies and placement cells to recruit employees and interns respectively
  • Coordinate with senior management in all the admin-related work and complete the work
