As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the Corporate HR team who manage activities and interventions across the employee lifecycle. These can include but are not limited to resolving day-to-day employee queries, articulating and documenting process flows, leveraging analytics and creating dashboards, designing and organizing employee engagement activities, supporting performance reviews cycles, and streamlining HR Operations among others.

What is the job like?

    • Exposure to the business ecosystem & stakeholders across enabling functions (HR,TA, IT, REW, Finance) at Zeta
    • Experience the On-boarding and Induction of new joiners
    • Observe and support activities across the employee lifecycle (Hiring, Exit Management, Learning, Engagement, HR operations etc)
    • Provide inputs and recommendation on enhancing employee experience at Zeta (process improvements, operational excellence, leverage outside-in/ industry perspectives etc)
    • Work with HR Business Partnering Teams on creating innovative and creative campaigns for internal communication, employee engagement interventions including celebrations and cultural events
    • Leverage analytics and create dashboards to provide insights and themes emerging across employee engagement, retention, talent branding etc.
