We are seeking a Project Director / Team Leader (f/m/d) for our Eastern Dedicated Freight corridor PMC project with 181 Km Single Electrified Heavy Haul Line (Khurja - Pilkhani Section)

Responsibilities:

• Complete ownership of the project as per agreed quality, cost, delivery and safety, profit and loss
• Maintain liaison with authorities and overall responsible for project management process
• Manage all project reviews and reports
• Drive decision making for resolving issues and ensure execution, manage conflicts and obtain result
• Provide leadership and manage the project team to an an effective and efficient level
• Ensure processes are applied to all project activities
• Monitor implementation of quality system procedures and health and safety plans
• Monitor progress of various activities towards timely completion of project
• Manage at project level all project reviews and gate reviews, including organisation and reporting
• Be the primary contact and manage the day-to-day relationship with Client and Contractors for project matters progress and related issues.
• Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics

Qualifications:

• B.Tech Civil/ MBA
• At least 20 years of total experience
• At least 15 years of experience in railway / infrastructure projects, including 10 years of international rail/ metro Experience and 2 projects
• At least 5 years of experience in similar designation
• excellent English language skills, Hindi would be an advantage
• Computer / software skills: EDMS , MS office applications
• Good knowledge of project management standards, processes and document control
• Pleasant personality, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with mature, proactive, initiative and well organized approach
• Systematic mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Meticulous and able to follow through with tasks promptly
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Willingness to relocate to India
