Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical is recruiting for Regional Sales Manager role, located in Pune covering Rest of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and MP.

The position is a People Manager and the incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth in assigned territory, delivering on budgeted sales objectives in compliant manner as per J&J standards, supervising ASMs, building sustainable relationships with KOLs, analyzing customer perceptions for leveraging the same for enhancing quality of services offered to customers and driving business through Digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives business growth in assigned territory through team of ASMs by delivering on budgeted sales objectives on a continuous basis through effective and meaningful customer relationship management, distributor management and inventory management in adherence to company’s compliance standards
  • Helps in creating and executing plans for conducting scientific activities such as CMEs, developing CRM strategy and ensuring effective execution of marketing plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of doctors in prescribed territory.
  • Overall excellent analytical ability to drive business through reviews and changing customer perception and establishes improvement plans for people development.
  • Analyzes sales reports, forecasts, and documents
  • Identifies, develops, and retains talent within the team
  • Connecting internal and external customers through digital media and giving importance to VEEVA engage calls, face to face calls, driving open rate of approved email and phone calls.
  • Builds sustainable, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in assigned territory.
  • Maps potential of territory and develops new KOLs.
  • Follows up with customers for resolving any issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with other stakeholders for ensuring timely resolution.
  • Managing union and related issues

Qualifications


Education:

  • B. Sc./ B. Pharm (Post-Graduation in Management preferred)

Experience and Skills:

  • At least 10-12 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales
  • At least 4 years of experience in Leadership Position Sales preferably in an Pharma MNC
