Insurance Dekho is an online platform that allows you to compare and buy insurance quotes from top-rated insurance companies across Motor, Health, Life, Travel and other insurance from multiple companies. The platform makes buying insurance policies easy and straightforward. To purchase a policy, you just need to choose the type of policy you want, fill in the required details, compare quotes and make payment. Insurance Dekho has a user-friendly interface and provides reliable customer service.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for different locations in Kerala. As a Relationship Manager at Insurance Dekho, you will be responsible for Recruiting and Guide a Team of POSP Insurance Agents and sell various products of different Insurance companies through a well maintained Partner Portal Technology. Conduct policy training programs for Partners, motivate them to attain periodical targets. You will be the main point of contact for clients regarding their insurance policies and will act as a liaison between the clients and the company. You will also be responsible for generating new business and expanding the company’s customer base.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Customer service experience, with a track record of resolving customer issues in a professional manner
Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
