We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager in the Agency Vertical for India’s Leading Insurance Company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit prospective financial consultants and advisors
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential advisors
  • Monitor advisors performance and address training needs
  • Collaborate with advisors to develop sales strategies and action plans
  • Assist advisors in achieving their sales targets and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners

Qualification Required

  • Minimum 1 to 4 Years in Sales and Marketing in any domain
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
