We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for connecting with people.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract potential candidates.

Screening and Qualifying Candidates: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all parties are informed of interview details and provide necessary materials and information.

Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed of their application status and provide timely feedback.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, including maintaining candidate databases, organizing recruitment events, and preparing recruitment-related documents.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand hiring needs and priorities. Provide support in developing job descriptions and candidate profiles.

Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Prior experience in HR or recruitment roles preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Mon - Sat working 9 : 30 to 6 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
