Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Unity Game Developer at Fusion TechLab, an on-site position located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Unity Game Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining game mechanics, workflows, and codes using Unity3D, C#, and other programming languages. They will work closely with designers, artists, and game programmers to create and test new features to improve overall game functionality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Unity3D, C#, and object-oriented programming
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain game systems, mechanics, and workflows
  • Strong understanding of game design principles and optimization
  • Experience with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and virtual reality development
  • Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams including artists, designers, and game programmers
  • Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related fields
  • 2-3 years of professional experience as a Unity Game Developer or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for creating and playing video games is a plus.
