Customer Care Executive- Telugu.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls and outbound calls.
  • Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with stakeholders through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal/customer service team daily calling targets and call quality parameters.
  • Handle stakeholder’s complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; Keep records of stakeholder interactions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage stakeholders.
Job Requirements

Qualification : 12th pass and above
  • Should have at least 1 year experience of customer support/telesales/customer service experience
  • Able to work on computer specially MS office with a minimum typing speed of 15 WPM
  • The candidate should be able to read, write and speak Tamil/Kannada/Telugu and English fluently
Shift timing - 9 hrs. (Able to work in flexible shifts)

Indian languages(Tamil/Kannada/Telugu) and EnglishLanguages - Candidate should possess reading and speaking knowledge of any one of the south

Indian languages - Telugu and English

Job Location - Delhi

Salary: upto Rs. 22654/- per month
