We are looking for a junior architect.

Ability to design and coordinate with various consultants & vendors independently.
Prepare project designs and drawings from ideas/sketches.
Provide value additions to the projects with your knowledge and experience.
Produces construction & detail drawings in AutoCAD and Revit (optional).
Research and procurement of materials and products for project specifications.
Prepare conceptual design presentations.
Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Effective interpersonal skills for teamwork and team-building ability.
Technically creative and open-minded.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a reputed institution.
Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements.
Proficiency in Revit (optional and preferred), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office suite, Lumion, and other software is required.
