Responsibilities

Hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining microprocessor-based Injection Molding Machines (IMMs).
Identifying and resolving technical problems in IMMs to minimize production downtime.
Performing preventive maintenance tasks on IMMs as per schedule.
Coordinating with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
Following safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics engineering (preferably with specialization in plastics technology).
Good knowledge of IMM principles and operation.
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.
