Job Purpose:
The role holder will be responsible for end-to-end design, management, and execution of campaigns for the assigned product line. This role is responsible for lead indicators and business outcomes. This role will invest in maximizing the return of investment in campaigns and ensuring their effectiveness; the KAM will coordinate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure design and delivery of campaigns geared towards driving business outcomes

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage marketing objectives for a specified client portfolio, leading Agile Campaign Teams to drive growth, responsible for lead generation and business outcomes such as revenues and profits

Manage and monitor account growth through implementing campaign solutions; build campaigns for customers, monitor and optimize for performance to work towards customer marketing objectives

Develop deep understanding of product and propose relevant cross-channel journeys based on experience, inputs of stakeholders and benchmarks

Drive analytics and data science to ensure delivery of product specific campaign goals, relevance to customers

Define audiences based on analytics to deliver personalized offers, content and conversations

Manage a team of executives and analysts to deliver the campaigns

Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms & extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies

Monitor campaign performance regularly and take calls modifying marketing journeys; share performance reports periodically with the CMO, personalization head

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate - Any

Post Graduate - MBA

Experience:
8 years+

Minimum 2 years’ experience with product launches and/or integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns, experience with A/B/n testing campaigns or other analytical methods preferred

Familiarity with leading marketing tools such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Demonstrated ability to work proactively to understand client needs, deliverables and key objectives

Ability to independently lead, communicate and collaborate with multiple business partners and work effectively with global teams

Comfortable operating in an Agile environment
