Job Title: Key Account Manager – Gujrat

Position Summary
The position is responsible for leading and implementing sales activities (detailed below) to enable the Project sales business in Gujrat. The position caters to the market/project needs, by interacting with influencers and decision-makers such as Builders and Contractors The position also acts as a subject matter expert with respect to vertical approach and product portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and actively engage with Builders, distributors, developers, and Contractors & OEMs.
  • Increase and generate a project pipeline funnel made with a complete range of ASSA ABLOY/ Yale residential Product range.
  • Collaborate with distributors for various installations on site.
  • Coordination and collaboration with the supply chain for smooth execution.
  • Material forecast and timely invoicing of awarded projects.
  • Closely work with the specification team in lead generation through architects, consultants, and site visits.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions including products, budgetary quotes, and submittals to the target audience.
  • Input, maintain, and analyse the project funnel in the CRM tool.
  • Gather market intelligence and competition update; provide requisite feedback to the management.
  • Ensure the sales target are met as per the assigned target by the reporting manager.
  • Ensure timely collection of payment from channel partners and end clients.
  • Collaborate and closely work with Zonal Manager Residential
  • Create rate contracts with existing Builders dealers and OEM’s.
  • Focus on mapping projects under refurbishment for new requirements.

  • Good relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to make effective conversations with project owners, contractors, and consultants.
  • Functional understanding of project business in the building materials industry
Education Qualification & Experience required:
  • Engineering Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical stream or related discipline
  • Relevant experience of 2-4 years within similar industry
Additional Information:
Should be willing to Travel excessively in assigned territory
