Job Overview

We are looking for candidates with proven experience (4 years) in account management within a marketing agency.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies that align with clients’ objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and insights.
  • Strategic Consulting:
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on marketing best practices and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage client budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
  • Track and report on budget utilization, making recommendations for optimization.
  • Communication and Reporting:
  • Communicate project
  • status and updates to clients regularly.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports to clients.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during campaign execution.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience (4 years) in account management within a marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
