Job Description


Tasks andResponsibilities:

  • Administering and troubleshooting Atlassian product suite and its add-ons (Confluence and Jira)
    • performing Atlassian installations, migrations, and plug-in installation

o building Ansible Playbook for deployments in Linux server environments.

  • Monitoring Confluence and Jira landscape (Development, Quality and Production).
  • Collaboration with onsite team and with end customer of Confluence and Jira.
  • Providing technical escalation support.
  • Coordinating with vendors for product related escalations.
  • Creating technical Documentation specific to projects.
  • Performing application and infrastructure related maintenances.
  • Creating or updating existing deployment scripts based on the requirements.

Qualifications


B.E/B.Tech /M. Tech /MCA / B.Sc or M.Sc computer science


Additional Information


6-8 Years

Expected Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in
    • Linux and Windows Server Administration
    • Atlassian product suite, with focus on JIRA and Confluence
    • Java, Ansible, Gradle, and Jenkins will be added advantage
    • Monitoring tools (App Dynamics and Splunk)
  • Knowledgeable in
    • Basic Oracle Database Administration and advanced SQL Server
    • Operating and troubleshooting application servers (Tomcat).
    • Network infrastructure, Firewall, Load balancing setup, and Security implementation
    • Infrastructure automation, deployment tools and containerization technologies ( Docker , Kubernetes )
    • Cloud computing would be an added advantage
  • Systematic problem-solving approach , Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ITIL / Service Level Management skills for Incident, Problem and Change Management
