Our private education institution is looking out for the post of Admissions Counsellorto join our staff. The successful candidate will divide his or her time equally between administrative tasks and providing students and parents with guidance and support. He or she must always be available to guide students and help them take the right career decisions. If you want to join a private educational environment that truly values its students and employees, we are excited to get you on board.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assessing the academic and career needs of students.
  • Interact in a positive manner with staff, students, and parents.
  • Organize information sessions, oversee the student selection process, and register students for courses.
  • Visit and network with staff from colleges and schools in Davangere.
  • Fix appointments with students/parents and give them a walk-through of our learning methods and the benefits of studying our courses.
  • Regular follow-ups with enrolled and prospective students.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to deliver your best at your job role.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduation
  • Post-graduation would be an added advantage but not a requirement.
  • Well-informed about courses sought by students and job-market demands.
  • Experience in working for sales, marketing, or education institute would be an added advantage.

Requirements and Skills

  • Outstanding communication skills (Spoken and Written)
  • Good command over Kannada and English is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Document and update daily activities as required.
