Responsible for Sale Executive Productivity. The individual will provide necessary update and feedback to sales teams to achieve the desired business objective.

Sales reporting and MIS Management mechanism as per company standards

Ensure the customer satisfaction. Ensure TAT times on approved and disbursed applications and vendor payments.

Nurturing the talent within the team, promote and encourage team members to perform, achieve targets, earn incentive, achieve contests

Responsible for creating a robust business model strong sales team for generating top line as well as bottom line growth YOY
