Company Description

Shriram General Insurance Company Limited is a Joint Venture between Shriram Capital Limited and Sanlam Limited. Shriram Capital Limited holds 74% of Equity while Sanlam Limited holds the remaining 26%. The company is located in Warangal, India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Executive at Shriram General Insurance Co. Ltd. The Claims Executive will be responsible for handling and managing claims, providing customer service, and communicating with stakeholders.

6+months in relevant field

1. Survey and assessment of Claims.

2. Communicating the insured about the assessment.

3. Submission of Initial Loss Assessment report within the stipulated timelines.

4. Ascertaining the liability and updating the Claim processor accordingly.

5. Updating the Claim processor about the pending documents.

6. Conducting Stage inspection / Re-inspection wherever needed or required.

7. Submitting Final Survey on receipt of Invoice/Final Documents.

8. Providing the Claim status report to the Claim Processor/ RCM on a weekly basis.
