Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer - Contract Management. The Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to contract management, including reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and resolving contract disputes. The Engineer will also be involved in contract documentation, monitoring contract performance, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of contract management principles and practices
  • Experience in reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
