Job Description

We are looking for a content writer to work closely with our training team to help create training modules to enhance the knowledge of various departments at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining visually engaging and interactive online and instructor-led training experiences that are inventive and inspiring.

Creating unique and innovative training experiences that incorporate contemporary instructional design theories and participant-focused activities.

Producing and delivering a variety of end-user learning materials that accommodate diverse learning styles.

Improving on our current training experiences by converting existing modules into more dynamic formats such as such as videos, animations, graphics, or other visual communication.

Establishing content for e-learning SCORM files.

Evaluating trainings by measuring results and recommending changes.

Creating international communication for team members in collaboration with the HR department.

Creating content for company presentations.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years working as a content creator preferably in a training environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.

Must be able to commute to Gurgaon and to travel to various cafes in Delhi.

Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high-quality output in a short span of time.

Very strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

Excellent computer skills.

BA in education is preferred but not mandatory.
