A Network Automation Manager who will lead a team of Network Automation Engineers to combine deep network domain knowledge of current operational challenges and NetBrains unique automation platform, and partner with network engineers and architects worldwide in implementing innovative network automation solutions. This will be the dream job for you if you are passionate about automating network operations and network troubleshooting. Instead of using a scripting language such as Python, Perl, ansible, puppet, etc. to automate pre-defined problems at a smaller scale, you can use NetBrain to automate thousands of network problems and achieve true end to end network automation. With this role, you will lead a team of Network Automation Engineers to provide automation solutions for the largest Enterprises and Service Providers in the world, helping them automate high frequency, high-cost ticket resolution.

What Youll Do

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Automation Engineers to help the worlds largest enterprises to transform their network operation through NetBrains no-code automation platform
• Lead the team to research network technologies from multiple vendors, and apply those learnings to guide NetBrain customers to optimize their automation platform
• Work with the R&D team to provide requirements to enhance NetBrains automation platform
• Lead the team to proactively build up automation repositories to share with the entire customer base
• Provide thought leadership in how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global Enterprises and MSPs
• Lead customers in the identification of high impact automation targets for their Network Operations through analysis of ITSM data
• Analyze customers deployed network technologies, existing playbooks, and design documents to create automation solutions
• Lead the team to architect and implement automation solutions for customers problem resolution
• Lead the team to train and develop customer engineers with automation knowledge to continue to automate on the NetBrain platform
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in a technical subject (STEM) (BTech or BE preferably in ECE, EEE, or CSE
• CCIE, or JNCIE, or equivalent network certifications
• 8+ years of experience in one or more of the key areas, with a demonstrated history delivering positive results within Network Operations (NOCs), Network Security, Network Planning, Design and Implementation, Continued Network Optimization, Network Automation
• Proven success with network operations or network design at the architect level
• Proven team lead or manager experience
• Love rolling up sleeves and working side-by-side with customers, engineers, and architects to solve their biggest automation challenges
• Experience in new technologies such as cloud-based solutions (AWS and Azure) and SDN is a plus.
• Excellent data gathering and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work from home with high-speed internet connection
