What Are We Looking For

As an Operation Manager - Marketing you’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Team. The role provides a holistic opportunity to learn, experiment and build hands-on expertise. You will use coordinate with product, data science, legal teams solve various engagement related problems like campaign analysis, report automation, and offer tracking. You’ll help optimize campaigns, product flows and ensure daily reporting for Tide India marketing team. To be successful in this role you will need high attention to detail, analytical skills and eagerness to learn. We are a small team of highly capable people who believe passionately in the problem we are solving, collaborating closely with direct feedback, and encouraging action over deliberation.

Some Of The Things You’ll Be Doing

Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as business, technology, data science, and legal teams to construct roadmaps and project plans.

  • Demonstrating customer obsession by delving into data to formulate hypotheses for campaign optimization.
  • Managing large datasets and creating reports to derive business insights.
  • Adapting to ambiguity and conducting root cause analyses for key business metrics.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency in data, reporting, and processes.
  • Taking ownership of dashboards containing detailed performance metrics and data visualisations.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proficiency in dashboard building and publishing to the leadership team.
  • Good understanding and experience in SQL.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams within a software organisation.
  • Quick learner, multitasker, and flexible with projects.
  • Analytical and data-driven with a strong focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Well-versed in conversion metrics and both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Experience within FinTech, B2B SaaS, B2C, or other technology industries.
  • Experience and expertise in transaction reconciliation, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and records.
  • A comprehensive understanding of cashback programs, including familiarity with their structure, operation, and nuances. Deep understanding of how cashback is calculated, processed, and managed within a business context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel /Google Sheets is crucial for the role.
  • Should demonstrate clear and logical thinking, especially when dealing with complex financial data and reconciliations.
