Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at PolicyBoss.com for Amritsar, Patiala, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur, Pathankot location.The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Their day-to-day tasks will include client consultations, needs assessments, resolving client queries, and providing excellent customer service. The Relationship Manager will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of insurance products and industry
  • Proven experience in client relationship management
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Insurance industry certifications (e.g., IRDAI, LOMA) are a plus
